I’m here to build compliance & payroll packages—not to babysit files or manage your deal. If it falls into one of these buckets, it’s your responsibility:

- ✗ Returning signed docs to lender portal / MPP
- ✗ All communication with clients, lenders, closing partners
- ✗ Determining document validity or lender acceptability
- ✗ Delays due to incomplete, incorrect, or unlabeled files
