I’m here to build compliance & payroll packages—not to babysit files or manage your deal. If it falls into one of these buckets, it’s your responsibility:

  • Pre-submission lender signing docs (consent, etc)
  • Returning signed docs to lender portal / MPP
  • All communication with clients, lenders, closing partners
  • Determining document validity or lender acceptability
  • Delays due to incomplete, incorrect, or unlabeled files

  • Signing packages completed within 1 business day, subject to workload unless otherwise noted
  • Payroll packages must be uploaded prior to closing for compliance requirements
  • Delays in Velocity Compliance Connect are broker responsibility
  • Cancelled files still require payroll packaging
  • Compliance review at MA can take up to 10 days

Your friendly neighbourhood paperwork whisperer and champion of file organization and broker sanity.

Since October 2020, I’ve been a licensed sub-mortgage broker with A Better Way. These days you’ll find me not only brokering files, but also behind the scenes, turning chaotic mortgage files into neat, compliance-ready masterpieces—letting you do what you do best.

Outside of the paperwork hustle, I’m a proud mom of two amazing boys. They inspire me every day to be honest, kind, and trustworthy—not just in life, but in the work I do for my clients and partners.

I actually love getting into the messy parts of paperwork and catching the little things most people miss. When the details are right, everything else just clicks.

That’s why I’m the Mortgage Mom—I keep your files tight, your process smooth, and never judge your file-naming skills. My goal is to help you feel confident, in control, and totally capable of owning your process.
