Starting after mortgage approval, this service prepares and delivers a clean, compliance-ready signing package for 1–2 borrowers, complete with all required disclosures and lender forms.

What we do:

  • Generation of key documents such as the MPP, provincial disclosures, and the Mortgage Product Suitability Form that we all love so much (right?)
  • Creation and delivery of the full signing package, including all lender forms for up to 2 borrowers
  • Submission of the signed MPP Application to MPP

Re-do & Resend Fee +$10 per document if corrections are needed on provincial disclosures and we must resend to the borrower. (No charge if the broker does the work to correct.)

If the file requires more than 7 images to be converted to PDF (especially those sneaky .heic iPhone photos)

Not My Circus (Read: Your Responsibilities, Not Mine):
I’m here to build beautiful, compliance & payroll packages—not to babysit files or manage your deal. If it falls into one of these buckets, it’s your show:

✗ Pre-Submission to lender signing docs (consent, etc)
✗ Returning signed docs (e.g., Form 10, commitment) to the lender portal
✗ All communication with clients, lenders, and closing partners
✗ Determining if income or bank documents are valid or lender-acceptable
✗ Taking responsibility for delays due to incomplete, incorrect, or unlabeled files



Obligatory Terms & Conditions
Signing packages will be completed within 1 business day, subject to current volume and workload.
→ Payroll packages must be uploaded prior to closing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Delays in submitting files to MA Link are the responsibility of the broker.
→ Cancelled files still need payroll packaging.
→ Compliance review at MA can take up to 10 days.

Since October 2020, I’ve been a licensed sub-mortgage broker with A Better Way (on the MA side), and these days you’ll find me not only brokering files, but also thriving behind the scenes, turning chaotic mortgage files into neat, compliance-ready masterpieces that save you time and headaches.

Outside of the paperwork hustle, I’m a proud mom of two amazing boys. They inspire me every day to be honest, kind, and trustworthy—not just in life, but in the work I do for my clients and partners.

I genuinely love digging into the nitty-gritty of paperwork and spotting those little details—because when the fine print is solid, everything else just falls into place. It’s not just about ticking boxes; it’s about making sure brokers feel confident their files are polished, professional, and ready to shine.

I also have an amazing unlicensed assistant who supports me by sending signing packages and diligently following up on compliance-related items—making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
